This is Sabrina and Michael in Tucson, AZ. The front end of our 1998 Dodge Neon was totaled. I needed to fixour car badly before we drove back to Washington. When we met Mike Holmes at Creative Concepts Auto Body Repair, we had our doubts since it's hard to trust just anybody with your car. He reassured me and my fiancé that his work is of the best. The job was done within three days, "he performed his job to our schedule". The night our car was ready, I was thinking what does, our car look like. MY Volvo broke - actually I broke it by running into a curb. Creative Concepts fixed it, actually Mike Holmes fixed it. Now I am happy and I will try not to get so close to the curb again. I probably won't succeed, so when I break my Volvo again I will gladly return to Mike Holmes at Creative Concepts because I know they will fix it like new - and then I will be happy again.

My Chrysler Sebring had a defect in the bumper and a large scratch on one side. Everyone told me that the scratch would be no problem to fix, but the bumper would have to be replaced. No one thought it could be done, but Mike Holmes at Creative Concepts managed it in just under 3 days. Not only does my car look brand new, but I got it much quicker than I expected. I plan on referring everyone I know. Mike and Creative Concepts really are that good.
